Music is the language that speaks to the hearts of both young and old. We at Hamilton Mountain are very blessed with exceptional musicians of varying talents. We offer musical participation through the following:

Children’s Choir
For children aged 4-10 years, this choir is fun, lively and amazingly entertaining! Under the direction of Angela Torres who herself is a very talented singer, this choir began approximately 3 years ago and continues to grow and delight us all!

Youth Choir
For youth aged 11 and over, this choir is very rich in song and spirit! Under the direction of our Music Director, Ellen Hank, the youth have a lot of fun while inspiring us through the gift of beautiful voices!

Praise Team
Under the youthful leadership of Marc Leslie, open to all ages. The praise team offers enjoyable contemporary music during the Divine Service.

Golden Melody Men’s Chorus
This group of approximately 18 men was formed in the summer of 2001 in Hamilton, Ontario. The founding members all had a sincere desire to praise the Lord through song; in particular, the standard songs and hymns that are often forgotten.

Over the years, their repertoire has grown to include several more contemporary selections. Their ministry is typically to sing in multi-denominational churches, participate in programs, camp-meetings, concerts and festivals, and to bring cheer to several local nursing homes.

Under the able direction of Mrs. Ellen Hank, this group has seen that a willingness to allow God’s leadership in their ministry produces blessings for both their audiences and for themselves. We hope that GMMC will continue in this vital ministry for many years to come.
