At Hamilton Mountain, we recognize the importance of living a balanced life –physically, spiritually and mentally. We are actively involved in teaching healthy living lifestyles to the community and its members by promoting NEWSTART:

Exercise
Water
Sunlight
Temperance/self-control
Air
Rest
Trust in Divine Power

A series of Vegetarian Cooking Classes are conducted at least once a year, along with maintaining a “Supper Club” where visitors enjoy fellowship and sharing of recipes and healthy living information. This department also holds cooking demonstrations and performs blood pressure checks at our annual Vegetarian Food Fair.
